We are investigating elevated timeout rates affecting a subset of upstream requests.
The issue was isolated to one provider path. Traffic is being shifted to a healthy route.
Timeout rates have returned to baseline. We are monitoring recovery and backlog drain.
The affected provider route has been stabilized and the backlog has cleared.
